This article addresses some questions you might have about our Online Personalised Consultations.

How do I book an online consultation?

  1. Head over to our booking form here.
  2. Let us know your name and email address for us to contact you. 
  3. Select your preferred dates and time slots. 
  4. Wait for our confirmation email and link to your online personalised consultation slot.

How many slots are available daily?

6 slots available

12.00pm, 1.30pm, 3.00pm, 4.30pm, 6.00pm and 7.30pm

How long is one online personalised consultation?

Each slot is 45-minutes, and you are given 15-minutes grace period to enter the consultation.

What happens if I'm late for my consultation slot / missed my time slot?

If you do not show up within 15-minutes, your slot will be forfeited and you will be asked to book a new consultation slot via email.

Can I pre-book for future weeks?

All consultation bookings are on a first come first served basis, we will release the form every weekend where you will be asked to rank 3 of your preferred time slots.

Can I book an online personalised consultation to chat to a staff via text?

If you are more comfortable with communicating via text instead, please use our live chat function on our website. This can be found on the bottom right hand corner of our website. We are available for a chat every Monday to Friday, from 10am to 6pm. 

Why have I not received my confirmation?

We will email you back within 3 days on your confirmed time slot, Zoom link and staff assigned to your consultation. If you have yet to receive your confirmation within 3 days, do email us at [email protected]

What will you be doing with my information?

All personal details are kept securely on file for future reference. This information will not be used for any purpose other than the purpose that it has been provided for and if that purpose is to change, you will be notified as soon as possible. We will never share your details with any third parties. Information will be held for no longer than is strictly necessary for the purpose in which it was processed.

What am I supposed to do / What do I need to prepare before my consultation?

  • Please ensure that you have downloaded zoom and updated your application to the latest update.
  • Please ensure that your microphone is switched on and working and that you are in a quiet environment, to ensrure a smooth consultation session.
  • You are also encouraged to switch on your video for the consultation session.

I have a question about my order, can I book a personalised consultation?
